Job summary

Orangeburg Dentistry in Orangeburg, South Carolina is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, technology-driven practice. The role welcomes seasoned clinicians and new graduates, with strong support and access to advanced tools to help you grow.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an CODA-accredited dental program.
• Active, valid state license to practice dentistry.
• CPR and DEA certifications as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and provide oral health care services in the patient’s best interest.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to sustain a team-oriented environment.
• Uphold policies and procedures aligned with current professional standards.
• Enhance clinical skills through continuing education and training opportunities.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives as needed.

Education

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out (or direct others in carrying out) oral health care services that are in the best interest of the patient.
• Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
• Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
• Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
• Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
• Two years of practice experience, is preferred.
• Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
