The practice offers a $1,000 daily rate or 31% of adjusted production in the first year, with continued production-based earnings and a pathway to partnership. Comprehensive benefits and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
• Current IL license or eligible upon graduation.
• CPR and BLS certifications current.
• Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous.
• Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry for patients in a team-based setting.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care with emphasis on patient-centered outcomes.
