Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. in Indio, CA, is seeking a Dentist to deliver quality care within a collaborative practice. You will work with staff to diagnose, treat, and educate patients, performing fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals while maintaining safe records and compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and coordination with Board Specialists when referrals are needed. Active licensure or progress toward it is required.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license or in progress after graduation.
• CPR/BLS certification; DEA certification; and NPI number

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments; ensure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards

Education
