42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time position in the United States. The role offers a unique compensation model with daily guarantees or up to 36% of collections, plus a sign-on bonus up to 20,000 USD.

The practice provides opportunities for in-office specialty services and a steady patient flow in a modern setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care from diagnosis to treatment planning, with emphasis on preventive care and ethical, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients and maintain records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism and care.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education
