We’re hiring a Dentist who wants a four-day workweek, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to expand access to dental care throughout Northern Kentucky.

You’ll step into a clinical role providing portable dental services within area school systems. You’ll diagnose and treat oral health conditions, perform general dental procedures, develop treatment plans, review diagnostics, and educate patients on preventive care while working within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation package: $180,000, including base salary, production, and quality incentives
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000 after 90 days
• Health insurance with PPO and HSA options, with employer contributions toward coverage

• PTO: 240 hours
