Gloss Dental Converse Smiles in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Dentist to join the team in a solo doctor office with full clinical autonomy and a supportive staff. The role offers a fully digital, in-person practice with a Monday–Friday schedule and a hygienist in practice to support patient care.

Candidates range from new graduates to experienced dentists, with opportunities for ongoing mentorship and continuing education. A base pay is guaranteed along with benefits and sign-on where applicable.
