Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a licensed Dentist to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic practice. You will diagnose, plan, and deliver restorative and preventive dental services, from exams to surgical procedures, ensuring high-quality outcomes for diverse patients.

The role includes ongoing patient education, adherence to safety standards, and participation in continuing education to stay at the forefront of dental care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
