Job summary

Lumio Dental seeks a new graduate dentist (DDS or DMD) to join a private-practice partnership focused on mentorship and clinical growth. Our Super GP model exposes you to specialties through guidance from partner dentists, a clinical director, and mentorship resources.

You'll provide comprehensive examinations, discuss treatment options with patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Upcoming 2027 graduate with a mentorship pathway.
• Ability to perform comprehensive full mouth examinations.
• Ability to discuss treatment planning options and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive full mouth examinations to diagnose and treat patients.
• Build rapport with patients, discuss treatment planning options and provide patient education.
• Treat oral health needs and provide direct care, offering same-day and scheduled treatment to fit patients' needs and schedules.
• Collaborate with Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators and Dental Assistants to ensure an optimal patient experience.
