Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality dental care to children and adults with the support of a skilled staff.

The office emphasizes teamwork, daily huddles, and appreciation for staff efforts while maintaining a patient-centered environment. Qualified DDS/DMD holders licensed in TX or eligible for licensure, CPR/DEA where required, and Nitrous Oxide certification (TX) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental education program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligible for licensure.
• CPR, DEA, and other required certifications as applicable.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (TX) as applicable.
• Compassionate care for both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of a clinical team.
• Participate in morning huddles, plan daily schedules, and recognize team accomplishments.

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has:DentaPro softwareDigital x-ray and Panorex unitsFiber-optic handpiecesYearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management trainingRatio of 1 hygiene staff, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per providerPatient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patientsState insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix
