Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC in Virginia seeks a DDS/DMD to join an implant-focused practice. Educate patients, diagnose and plan removable prosthetics and implants, and collaborate with an on-site laboratory to design dentures and partials. You will lead a clinical and non-clinical team, offering removable, fixed, and implant options to patients.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree is required.
• Implant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Surgical experience with complex cases is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health.
• Consult, diagnose, plan and care for patients in a removable prosthetic and implant-focused practice.
• Assist with removable prosthetics and extraction services as needed.
• Work with on-site lab to design dentures and partials for patients.
• Lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to achieve goals and practice success.
• Provide a range of tooth replacement options including removable, fixed, and implant services.
• Keep current with developments through continuing professional development.

• Providing a variety of tooth replacement options to patients, including removable, fixed, and implant services
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Implant experience preferred but not required
• Surgical experience with complex cases highly preferred
• Compassionate and caring provider with excellent chairside manners who loves being part of a team atmosphere

Compensation

$700 - $900 per day
