Dentist, Full-Time | Morton Dental Group | Northern Alabama
You’ve probably been promised “earning potential” before, and found out later the formula had fine print and the target kept moving. Somewhere along the way, you also became the person handling staff problems instead of treating patients.
At Morton Dental Group, you’ll know exactly what you earn: 35% of adjusted production, with no moving targets. 80% of full-time doctors here earn over $300K, on a 4-day, 32-clinical-hour week. You do the dentistry and grow your clinical skills. A leadership team handles the rest. And because your growth is our growth, the investment runs both ways.
You’ll earn 35% of adjusted production, and the formula won’t change after you sign.
You’ll start with surgical extractions and beginner implant placement, and you can grow all the way to IV sedation, full-mouth rehab, All-on-X, and remote anchorage implants like pterygoid and zygomatic placement. You’ll learn through scheduled clinical meetings, real-time feedback, and hands‑on exposure to complex surgeries. Every new skill you add grows your income, too.
Maybe growth means equity or ownership. Maybe it means a high income as an associate, with minimal stress. Maybe it means moving from general dentistry into advanced services. You choose the path. You’ll get up to $2,000 a year in CE, plus access to partnerships with Invisalign, implant course providers, and endo systems for training, paid CE, and discounted [courses/equipment].
You’ll work 32 clinical hours a week in offices backed by marketing that brings in an average of 70+ new patients [per month] across locations, so your schedule fills fast.
You won’t manage staff or sort out team issues. Leadership handles that, with SOPs built around your best interest.
You’re a dentist who wants to be better next year than you are today, and you’d rather be recognized than guessed about. You own your results, you welcome feedback because you’re building something, and you treat every assistant and hygienist like the professional they are. You’d be frustrated in a place where everyone settles for “good enough,” and energized in one where the people around you are working as hard as you are.
Toxic behavior isn’t tolerated here, and that protects everyone, doctors included. If you’d rather clock in, clock out, and stay where you are, this isn’t your place.
