Job summary

Barton Associates, Inc. is assisting a client in North Dakota in finding a skilled dentist for a 120-day, full-time assignment.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, covering emergency dentistry, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, and root canals. Complex cases may be referred out.

Qualifications

• Deliver comprehensive dental care for a range of procedures.
• Ability to manage emergency cases and routine dentistry.
• Collaborate with labs for external services when needed.

Job description

Our client in North Dakota is seeking a skilled Dentist for a 120-day assignment. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, handling a diverse range of general dentistry cases including emergency procedures, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, and root canals, with the option to refer out complex cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive dental care for emergency cases, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, and root canals.
• Utilize in-house lab services or coordinate with external labs as needed.
• Employ CEREC technology and Pano x-rays for diagnostics and treatment.
• Refer out any cases or procedures that fall outside of comfort level or expertise.

Additional Information

• EMR: Dentrix, RPMS
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Patients per day: 15-20
• LOA: 120 Days
• Staffing Mix: 2 hygienists, 3 Dental Assistants, 5 chairs, with one other dentist and potential monthly coverage from a third dentist
