Qualifications

• Experience in a busy clinic with a focus on general dentistry.
• Proficiency in pediatric dentistry and complex procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA infection-control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans addressing immediate concerns and long-term goals.
• Perform restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries with precision.
• Utilize Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for documentation, scheduling, and records management.
• Maintain infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to optimize four-handed dentistry workflow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper medical documentation.
