Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
- Current state dental license to practice in California.
- CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assess gum health, cavities, and infections.
- Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restorations.
- Carry out dental procedures such as x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic services.
- Consult with dental specialists when needed to coordinate care.
- Supervise dental office staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and use of dental appliances.
- Adhere to health, safety, and infection-control guidelines.
