Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Doctor of Dentistry to join our team, providing comprehensive patient care from examination to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with strong patient flow and collaboration among clinicians.

We support ongoing education and mentorship within a network of Doctors to help you grow professionally in a patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program or equivalent.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up-to-date with developments and continuing education.
