Job summary

42North Dental in the United States seeks a skilled Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The Dentist will promote oral health, educate patients on treatment options, and develop plans to maintain or restore oral health while working with a strong network of Doctors and ongoing continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform dental surgical procedures.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
