Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active dental license in the USA; Alaska license preferred within 2 years.
• BLS certification required.
• 5+ years of dental experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of work in tribal practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for the dental clinic.
• Supervise dentists, hygienists, and staff; oversee scheduling and patient flow.
• Collaborate with visiting specialists to ensure high-quality care.
• Direct day-to-day operations and front desk processes.
• Deliver direct patient care across age groups, including field travel.
• Lead staff meetings and drive process improvements.
