Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam through treatment delivery, including in-office services like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualified candidates hold a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program, current MA license, hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and CPR/BLS certification. The role offers an annual rate between $75,000 and $250,000 USD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice in MA.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism.
• Keep updated on new developments and best practices.
