42North Dental in Charlotte, MI, seeks a full-time General Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a daily guarantee or 36% collections.

This role emphasizes patient education, comprehensive treatment planning, and maintaining high standards of care. Eligible candidates hold a DDS/DMD, state licensure, Hep B vaccination, malpractice coverage, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance documentation.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
