Job summary

42North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive clinical care across the patient lifecycle, from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of in-office services. The role supports in-house specialty care (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics) and relies on collaboration with a talented team.

The Dentist will manage treatment plans, educate patients, maintain dental records, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism while

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state dental license

Hepatitis B vaccination documentation
