Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Provide surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain patient records and update as required.
• Review treatment options with patients and secure consent.
