Job summary

42 North Dental in Rochester, NH seeks a Dentist to join our modern practice with a strong patient base and established patient flow. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The ideal candidate holds a DMD or DDS, is licensed in the state, and commits to high standards of patient care, ethics, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on options and treatment plans.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
