Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States seeks a licensed Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base. The Dentist will manage clinical care from exam to treatment plan and deliver comprehensive in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, while mentoring and collaborating within a wide network.

Annual earnings target is $150,000–$200,000 USD with production-based upside, generous benefits, and a path toward equity.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license required.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education
