Qualifications

• DDS/DMD Degree required.
• Must be eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients’ medical records.
• Prepare patients for treatment procedures.
• Diagnose dental problems using X-rays and tests.
• Provide restorative care for tooth decay.
• Design and fit dental prosthetics.
• Conduct tooth extractions and root canal procedures.
• Perform surgeries on diseased tissues.
• Prescribe medication as needed.
• Educate patients on oral care.

Skills

DDS/DMD Degree from an accredited School of Dentistry
