Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience—from initial exam and treatment planning to delivering care—in our established practice with a strong patient flow. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will work with a collaborative network of doctors, pursue continuing education, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Licensure to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
