Job summary

42 North Dental in Worcester, MA is seeking a licensed Dentist to lead the full patient care experience from exam through delivery of treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers strong mentorship, continuing education, and a comprehensive 401K plan with immediate eligibility. Requirements include a DDS/DMD from an ADA CODA-accredited program, a current license, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
