Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will diagnose, educate patients, create treatment plans, and maintain records across a broad range of dental care. The role offers a daily rate of $600–$750 USD, with strong opportunities for continuing education and mentorship within a Doctors network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license is required.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standard of care through continued education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
