Summary

About the Position: This position is located at Dental Health Activity (DENTAC), Fort Benning, GA. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Major Duties

Treat common dental diseases or dental health problems requiring standard corrective, restorative or preventive measures such as single and multiple teeth extractions and restoration of simple and compound cavities. Acquire mouth impressions of crowns, jackets, dentures and bridges and fit and insert the finished appliances. Consult with and refer patients to other appropriate specialists. Conduct prophylaxis treatment, deep scaling and root planning. Utilize professional dentistry knowledge and skills to diagnose and treat patients. Submit performance data, dental records, consultation requests and other dental records in approved information management system.
