I4Dentallab in Vandalia, IL is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused practice. This full-time role offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong earning potential.

You will provide comprehensive general dentistry, manage exams and treatment planning, and work with a team of hygienists, dental assistants, and lab partners to ensure quality outcomes.

Schedule is 4 days a week, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a competitive compensation range of $200,000 to $300,000 annually.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active Illinois dental license required and must be maintained.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates considered.

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures.
• Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
