Schedule

• Current schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Four-day work week

• 7 operatories
• EMR: Eaglesoft
• Payor mix: 67% insurance, 33% cash
• In network with Delta Dental Premier only
• No Medicaid
