Job summary

I4Dentallab is seeking a General Dentist to join our busy, patient-focused practice in Rio Rancho, NM. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong earning potential.

Expect to work Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday 7:00am-2:00pm with a team of 2 providers and experienced staff partnering with our in-house lab.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active New Mexico dental license required.
• Experience: New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical and communication skills across general dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams and treatment planning.
• Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care.
• Communicate treatment options clearly to patients.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to professional standards.
