Job summary

Gowithzealmed in Old Hickory, TN, is seeking a Permanent General Dentist for a well‑established, full‑service practice. The schedule is four days a week with a mix of early start times to support patient care in the Mt. Juliet area.

You will perform full‑scope dentistry, including cosmetic procedures, and work with an experienced team to deliver exceptional patient care. Compensation includes a daily rate for initial months, with benefits and CE support thereafter.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Tennessee state dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain licensure and practice in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide full‑service general and cosmetic dentistry, including cleanings, exams, restorations and emergencies.
• Perform restorations (fillings, crowns, bridges, implants) and cosmetic procedures (whitening, veneers, Invisalign).
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality patient care in a established practice.

Position Overview

• Location: Old Hickory, TN (Mt. Juliet area)
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
• Practice: Established, full-service general dental practice
• Team: Practice Manager, Front Desk, 2 Dental Assistants, 2 Hygienists (HYG)
• Schedule: 4 days/week:
  • Mon: 8am–5pm
  • Tue: 8am–5pm
  • Wed: 8am–5pm
  • Thu: 7am–3pm
• Procedures: Full-service general & cosmetic dentistry — cleanings, exams, extractions, TMJ, sleep apnea, restorative (fillings, crowns, bridges, implants), cosmetic (whitening, veneers, bonding, Invisalign), dentures, periodontics, emergency dentistry

Compensation

• Daily Rate: $750/day for the first 4 months
• Transitioning to 33.33% of collections thereafter

• $2K in CE per year reimbursement
