• Location:Eastman, GA
• Schedule:4 days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
• Operatories:6 operatories
• Support Staff: 2 assistants and 2 hygienists
• Payor Mix:100% PPO (no Medicaid)
• Patients Per Day:Average of 23 patients per day, with a goal of 27+
