Gowithzealmed in Conroe, TX is seeking a General Dentist to join a very busy, established family practice. The role offers a competitive compensation model with a daily guarantee and a production-based split, along with modern technology and a strong patient flow.

You will provide comprehensive general dentistry, preventive care, restorative work, crowns and bridges, extractions, cosmetics, dentures, and more, in a supportive team focused on clinical excellence and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active Texas dental license required.
• Top 10% class graduate preferred.
• Strong clinical foundation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a high-volume practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including preventive care, restorative procedures, crowns and bridges, root canals, extractions, cosmetics, dentures.

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 3–6 month daily guarantee
• Production Split: 28–35% of production
• Earning Potential: $200K–$400K+ annually
