Job summary

42 North Dental, founded in Boston and built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a General Dentist for our MA practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer up to $15K sign-on, comprehensive benefits including medical/vision, 401K, continuing education, mentorship, and equity opportunities. Annual earnings range $180,000 to $250,000 USD, with a 4-5 day workweek.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
