You will join a Heartland Dental supported office, with robust non-clinical administrative support, allowing you to focus on patients. Competitive salary: $160,000 - $205,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist in the state of hire.
• DMD or DDS from an accredited program.
• Completion of a postdoctoral periodontal program.
• American Board of Periodontology certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gum disease and issues involving the bones surrounding the jaw; perform dental implant placement.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide preventative care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Lead the dental office team, ensuring alignment on daily schedules, procedures, and patient load.
• Assist office staff with assessing P&L reports and managing office dynamics.
• Continuously improve clinical skills through exclusive training and networking with colleague dentists.

Pay

• $160,000 - $205,000 per year

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dentist
• ducation: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited program.
• Specialization: Completion of a postdoctoral periodontal program.
• Certification: Current dental license in the state of hire and American Board of Periodontology certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, manual dexterity, excellent communication skills, and a personable chair-side manner.
• Training Commitment: Ability to travel overnight for training sessions once a month during the first year of employment.
