Job summary

Tepeyac Community Health Center in Denver is seeking a qualified Dentist to provide high-quality, full-scope dental care and to collaborate with the care team, including supervision of the hygienist. You will coordinate dental services with medical and behavioral health teams and maintain comprehensive patient records.

The role involves preventive, hygiene, emergency, restorative, surgical, endodontic, and prosthetic care, plus active participation in school-based outreach and quality

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD; 4-year accredited dental school program completed.
• Valid Colorado dental license and valid DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years clinical dentistry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, emergency, restorative, surgical, endodontic and prosthetic dental services.
• Integrate preventive dental services with medical and behavioral health care.
• Coordinate referrals and maintain accurate patient records in eDW.
• Complete chart notes within 7 days of service provision.
• Participate in quality improvement/data initiatives for dental services.
• Refer patients for care as needed and attend trainings.
