Job summary

DOCS Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in a modern, private-practice environment. You will practice comprehensive dentistry with strong patient demand, clinical autonomy, and the support of an experienced team.

We offer a generous earning potential ($180k–$390k yearly), a choice of daily minimum guarantee or production-based pay, and 100+ new patients per month to ensure steady patient flow, CE allowance, malpractice coverage, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program.
• Active dental license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a REAL ID-compliant driver's license prior to start.
• Background, malpractice, drug screening, physical and vaccination requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry in a private-practice setting.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and support staff.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and deliver patient-centered care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practice standards.

• Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:0 PM

Requirements
