Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from initial exam to care delivery in our established practice. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong patient inflow each month.

You will uphold the highest standards of care and ethics while mentoring colleagues, engaging in continuing education, and contributing to a collaborative network dedicated to patient outcomes and practice growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests to guide care.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through CE.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
