42 North Dental in Boston’s healthcare hub seeks a Doctor of Dentistry to lead the full patient experience from exam to definitive care. You will work within in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, providing high-quality restorative and preventive care.

Qualifications

DDS/DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
Active state dental license to practice.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention
Diagnose oral diseases
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Create and review treatment plans with patients
Review and maintain patient records
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws
Provide restorative and preventive dental care
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism
Keep abreast of new developments through CE courses

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license

Hepatitis B vaccination

Malpractice insurance

BLS/CPR certification
