Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery in our established practice. You will oversee in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a team that values continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a broad network of Doctors, while welcoming a steady flow of new patients each month.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current active license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality and ethical standards of care and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continue education.

Education
