42North Dental is looking for a Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. A strong flow of new patients supports a dynamic practice in Massachusetts.

The role emphasizes ethics, professionalism, and ongoing education with a focus on maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required and CDA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices through continuing education.
