The position emphasizes public health best practices, outreach activities, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve community health while meeting OSHA, HIPAA, and qualification standards.

Qualifikationen

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current Hawaii dental license or ability to obtain before start date
• DEA & CSR registration preferred
• Health Care Provider BLS certification required
• Active NPI number
• Experience in rural/underset served populations is preferred

Aufgaben

• Deliver comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, endodontic, and emergency services.
• Conduct thorough examinations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health.
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with public health best practices.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the Electronic Dental Record (EDR).
• Participate in quality assurance activities and meet regulatory requirements (UDS, HRSA, NCQA).
• Engage in community outreach, school-based screenings, and oral health promotion.
