42 North Dental in Portland, ME is seeking a Dentist to join a restorative and aesthetic practice. You’ll manage the full patient experience from exam to delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), no nights or weekends, competitive earnings based on production and a comprehensive benefits package. DMD or DDS required and active state license.

Competenze

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination proof and ongoing safety training.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
