Rancho Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our fee-for-service practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, a strong patient base, and a long-term opportunity to build your career with a supportive team.

We provide advanced technology including CBCT, iTero, and OverJet, plus mentorship and continuing education to help you deliver exceptional care from day one.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Minimum of three years of general dentistry experience (five or more years preferred).
• Excellent communication and case presentation skills.
• Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and present treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health
• Build trusting, lasting relationships with patients
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional care
