Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry to lead the patient dental care experience from examination through treatment delivery. In-office services include comprehensive restorative, endodontic, periodontic, oral surgery, and orthodontic procedures.

The role offers a broad responsibility across patient education, treatment planning, and collaboration within a network of doctors, with a competitive annual salary range.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
