Job summary

Elevate Healthcare Consultants seeks an Endodontist to join a partner-led practice across multiple locations in the United States. The role focuses on full-spectrum endodontics with a preference for full-time (4 days/week) and possible 3 days for the right candidate.

Compensation includes a 40–45% production-based share with a first 3–4 months daily guarantee of $1,200–$1,500, plus relocation, signing bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and potential equity partnership.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum Endodontics and complex root canal treatments

7 total locations in the Milwaukee and surrounding area - Working only at the Sheboygan office

One of the partners in the office plans to retire soon

Established and most profitable location

Multiple partner doctors - great network

Buffalo, NY:

Two locations but working only at the Williamsville location unless helping at Seneca

Mentorship from Dr McCann

Strong referral base - no need to market from scratch

Very busy practice

2 partner doctors in this location

Tulsa, OK:

One location - fully renovated

Two partner doctors - heavy mentorship

One of the partner doctors wants to relocate to another Specialty 1 practice on the West Coast to be near family

Walking into established patient basis

Liberty, MO:

Three location - will need to rotate between offices (close in proximity)

2 locations in Missouri, 1 Location in Kansas (will need to be licensed in both states - will wait for licensure)

6 doctors total floating between the 3 practices
