Job summary

Creston Dental & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking a qualified Endodontist to join our PRN team in Mississippi. The role offers flexible scheduling (1–2 days per month) with daily compensation between $1,000 and $2,700, depending on guaranteed minimums and production.

You’ll perform root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases with strong support from our dental team. We provide DentaPro software, digital imaging, dedicated assistants, ongoing OSHA/HIPAA training, and a company-paid

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience.
• Active dental license or eligibility in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.
• Passion for underserved patients and strong endodontic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex/multi-canal cases.
• Diagnose and treat pulp and periapical conditions.
• Use modern endodontic techniques and equipment to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with dental teams for treatment planning and case flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.

Dentist (Endodontics) responsibilities include:

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
