Job summary

Pine Dentistry & Braces - a Benevis company in Maryland is seeking a dentist with strong endodontic skills for a PRN role with flexible scheduling (1–2 days per month). You will perform root canal therapies and manage complex cases, supported by our dental team and technology.

The position offers daily pay between $1,000 and $2,700, with the greater of a guaranteed minimum or production-based earning, plus benefits like company-paid malpractice, 401(k), and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program.
• Significant hands-on endodontic experience with complex cases.
• Active dental license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.
• Strong compassionate patient care for underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex cases.
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues.
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.

• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

Dentist (Endodontics) responsibilities include:

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi‑canal cases
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high‑quality care
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

We expect our dental endodontic provider to have:

• DDS or DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program
• Demonstrated high‑volume endodontic experience as a dentist—confident managing complex, multi‑canal, and retreatment cases
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
