Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care in our established practice. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

You will diagnose, educate patients, create treatment plans, review options, maintain records, and stay current with new developments through ongoing education. Annual rate $50,000 - $125,000 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality of care and professionalism.
• Stay current with developments and continuing education.
